About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and guidance to executive management to identify, develop and communicate specific business strategies
- Conduct business strategy reviews to assess progress and drive awareness of strategy achievement
- Drive alignment of business process and frameworks to enterprise strategy
- Support executive leadership by leading the design, coordination, and governance of annual strategic planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 8 years of directly related business planning consultation experience
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Strong business acumen in financial services or related industry
- Experience influencing and managing communication to senior executives
