Key responsibilities & impact

leads the creation, facilitation and execution of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels including inbound digital, direct mail and email
ongoing management of agency resources; creating, managing and executing campaigns
collaborates and develops partnerships with various internal and external resources
tracks, analyzes and evaluates strategic effectiveness of channels and provides recommendations for continued optimization
performs end-to-end review of all records being researched
works with internal groups, external clients and/or vendors to maintain complete and accurate data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
4 or more years of relevant business support and/or general analysis experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, Excel and Access
Experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Pega
Analytical experience and familiarity working with channel performance metrics
Banking industry background
Process optimization expertise
