Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree: OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
4 years of experience coordinating, defining, developing and/or delivering learning and development programs aligned to business needs
Experience gathering requirements and being a liaison to business partners regarding learning needs
Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to advance team, organization and enterprise goals and objectives
Experience implementing innovative learning solutions.
