About the role

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end management of Sponsorship properties and programs across the portfolio as assigned
  • Participate, facilitate, and lead cross-functional teams supporting Business Partners and Marketing related to sports and entertainment marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with agency of record to plan, activate, and manage external partners
  • Track, analyze and evaluate strategic effectiveness using financial metrics such as ROI and ROO
  • Facilitate definition and design of implementation plans and strategic roadmaps
  • Create program plans, product and pricing plans, pro forma and communication plans
  • Create, facilitate and/or execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including mass, direct, interactive and employee
  • Determine appropriate partnerships with internal and external resources to develop and deliver go-to-market plans
  • Ensure on-time, orderly flow of projects from initiation to release through responsible project delivery execution
  • Manage agency resources, campaign and channel plans and related budgets
  • Apply mathematical and statistical concepts to gather and interpret data, perform gap analysis, and maintain data in internal systems and campaign planning tools
  • Evaluate technology and products for trends, strategic vision and scalability
  • Provide guidance in process management and lead team members; serve as resource on escalated issues
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 6 or more years of relevant business support and / or general analysis experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, Excel and Access
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant industry data sources
  • Experience (brand, property, agency, media) in major sports property sponsorship marketing/strategy, activation, and measurement
  • Experience integrating brand and product messaging within sponsorship
  • Strong understanding of military community, culture, and marketing
  • Ability to travel
