About the role
- Champion go-to-market planning and integrated marketing campaigns focused on military communities
- Develop and execute purpose-driven initiatives with emphasis on cause marketing strategies
- Cultivate brand awareness, foster deep engagement, and reinforce advocacy efforts across multichannel platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally and solicit stakeholder input to deliver impactful campaigns
- Harness market insights and analyze campaign performance; measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
- Supply knowledge between Business Partners and Marketing and provide status updates on marketing, sales and service activities
- Manage assigned Marketing budget/s
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to support development of marketing strategies
- Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk and compliance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 6 or more years of progressive marketing experience required
- Subject-matter-expert understanding of the marketing function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities
- Extensive experience leading purpose-driven and advocacy marketing campaigns
- Significant experience in developing and executing cause marketing programs
- Strong understanding of military culture, values, and community dynamics
- Proven ability to translate audience insights into compelling marketing strategies
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner (listed as "What sets you apart")
