About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership to drive profitable growth in business areas
- Lead and support internal consulting projects focused on strategy development, growth, organizational design, and business transformation
- Play a key role in developing and communicating our plan
- Build relationships with leaders and partners across the organization to influence and align actions
- Support the development of long-term vision and direction
- Support the creation and communication of a clear vision for the organization’s future growth and success
- Conduct internal consulting projects to identify and frame strategic opportunities and issues faced by the organization
- Draft project proposals, design work plans, and conduct or oversee key pieces of analysis to deliver strategic insights and recommendations
- Create compelling storylines that clearly articulate findings, insights, and recommendations
- Influence and drive stakeholder alignment and execution
- Monitor and assess external trends through industry and competitive research
- Support the development and communication of the organization’s plan and align strategy with stakeholders
- Mentor and develop teammates and support the effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering or Science discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 6 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience; or an Advanced Degree in Business or STEM and 4 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience
- Military experience may be considered relevant experience for this role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Skilled in analyzing data to draw conclusions and inform strategic decisions
- Proven track record in project management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills
