Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to deliver actionable insights to analysts, business partners, and senior decision-makers
Identify and interpret trends and patterns within large datasets
Translate business needs into detailed reporting and analytics specifications
Prototype intuitive visualization solutions that support strategic decision-making
Lead and participate in gathering complex business requirements by partnering with customers
Utilize an advanced understanding of multiple data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions
Strategically partner with IT execution teams on analytic infrastructures, data engineering, or related business intelligence efforts
Act as a trusted data visualization advisor to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other business-related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics may be substituted in lieu of degree
6 years of data & analytics experience OR a minimum of 4 years of data & analytics experience and up to 2 years of progressive functional business relevant experience
Advanced experience developing business deliverables that leverage business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or related)
Tableau certifications strongly preferred, including: Certified Tableau Data Analyst, Certified Tableau Architect, Tableau Certified Professional
Demonstrated strong executive-level communication and influencing skills
