Serve as the primary data analytics resource for the Disbursement Operations team
Deliver accurate, data-driven operational support for leadership reporting and Treasury/Payment Operations initiatives
Maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support visibility into daily activities
Analyze payment trends, identify root causes of issues or performance gaps
Research and resolve moderately complex disbursement transaction issues
Identify workflow improvement opportunities to reduce errors, optimize efficiencies, and enhance process performance
Support year‑end 1099 reporting and testing activities for corporate vendor payments
Perform moderately complex money movement transaction problem resolution, reviewing and updating procedures as needed
Ensure risks related to business activities are properly identified, monitored, and controlled in alignment with risk and compliance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
4 years of transactional reconciliation and research analysis and/or related experience
Working knowledge Reg E, Reg W, GAAP, and NACHA Rules
Experience in project management
Proficient level of business acumen in business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, payment processing, or Treasury support operations
2+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing clear, data‑driven presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to build trust and positive working relationships across teams.
