About the role
- Serve as the primary data analytics resource for the Disbursement Operations team
- Deliver accurate, data-driven operational support for leadership reporting and Treasury/Payment Operations initiatives
- Maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support visibility into daily activities
- Analyze payment trends, identify root causes of issues or performance gaps
- Research and resolve moderately complex disbursement transaction issues
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities to reduce errors, optimize efficiencies, and enhance process performance
- Support year‑end 1099 reporting and testing activities for corporate vendor payments
- Perform moderately complex money movement transaction problem resolution, reviewing and updating procedures as needed
- Ensure risks related to business activities are properly identified, monitored, and controlled in alignment with risk and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 4 years of transactional reconciliation and research analysis and/or related experience
- Working knowledge Reg E, Reg W, GAAP, and NACHA Rules
- Experience in project management
- Proficient level of business acumen in business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, payment processing, or Treasury support operations
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing clear, data‑driven presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to build trust and positive working relationships across teams.
