About the role

  • Serve as the primary data analytics resource for the Disbursement Operations team
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven operational support for leadership reporting and Treasury/Payment Operations initiatives
  • Maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to support visibility into daily activities
  • Analyze payment trends, identify root causes of issues or performance gaps
  • Research and resolve moderately complex disbursement transaction issues
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities to reduce errors, optimize efficiencies, and enhance process performance
  • Support year‑end 1099 reporting and testing activities for corporate vendor payments
  • Perform moderately complex money movement transaction problem resolution, reviewing and updating procedures as needed
  • Ensure risks related to business activities are properly identified, monitored, and controlled in alignment with risk and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of transactional reconciliation and research analysis and/or related experience
  • Working knowledge Reg E, Reg W, GAAP, and NACHA Rules
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficient level of business acumen in business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
  • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, payment processing, or Treasury support operations
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing clear, data‑driven presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to build trust and positive working relationships across teams.
