About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads, mentors, and oversees a team of recruiters.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with business leaders.
- Develops and executes recruiting strategies aligned to business goals.
- Assesses team performance against key metrics.
- Leverages data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
- Champions the effective use of recruiting technologies.
- Manages the recruiting budget for assigned business lines.
- Ensures all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified and controlled.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, including full cycle recruiting experience.
- 2 years of experience leading others either formally in a managerial role, or informally as a project or team lead.
- Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
