About the role

  • Leads, mentors, and oversees a team of recruiters.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Develops and executes recruiting strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Assesses team performance against key metrics.
  • Leverages data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
  • Champions the effective use of recruiting technologies.
  • Manages the recruiting budget for assigned business lines.
  • Ensures all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified and controlled.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, including full cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2 years of experience leading others either formally in a managerial role, or informally as a project or team lead.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
