Leads, mentors, and oversees a team of recruiters.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with business leaders.
Develops and executes recruiting strategies aligned to business goals.
Assesses team performance against key metrics.
Leverages data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics.
Identifies opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
Champions the effective use of recruiting technologies.
Manages the recruiting budget for assigned business lines.
Ensures all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified and controlled.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, including full cycle recruiting experience.
2 years of experience leading others either formally in a managerial role, or informally as a project or team lead.
Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
