About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees and leads the development of a product segmentation strategy for Alliance Services
- Manages the P&L for multiple, complex Alliance and internal relationships and high-value products
- Drives and manages effective delivery of sales support to all distribution channels
- Establishes a business model based on fundamental drivers
- Leads the development and implementation of an effective segmentation strategy
- Manages 3rd Party Relationships
- Oversees and ensures risk assessments are completed
- Develops strong interactions and communications to report on the health and status of the product portfolio
- Drives identification and prioritization of innovative products
- Leads a team to deliver growth and profit plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 10 or more years of Financial Services, P&C Insurance, or alliance management experience
- 6 years of people leadership experience
- Deep understanding of product P&L and high level of fluency in member value and ROI drivers
- Expert analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience with performance marketing, content/influencer strategies, and budget management
- Knowledge in managing or developing member discount programs
