About the role

  • Oversee the lifecycle of existing mortgage products
  • Manage cross-functional projects focused on launching new products or implementing feature changes to existing ones
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure product compliance with regulations
  • Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Analyze and evaluate product performance for enhancements
  • Provide training and education on products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in Product Management, Underwriting, Marketing, or the Financial Services sector
  • Minimum 2 years' product management, or similar strategic management experience
  • Experience leveraging data visualization tools and providing requirements to data teams (i.e., Tableau)
  • Experience creating product briefings and presenting to executive leadership
  • Experienced in market research to create product roadmap
  • Knowledge of applicable Banking-industry laws, regulations, risk, and compliance requirements
