About the role
- Support reinsurance processes, claims processing, treaty administration, financial reporting, and audit support
- Manage reinsurance risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with business partners for decision-making
- Participate in special projects and identify process improvements
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and tools related to reinsurance
- Prepare reinsurance financial, management, and regulatory reports
- Interpret treaty details and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 2 or more years of experience as an analyst or other relevant work experience
- Experience with Life and/or Annuity Claims administration (1 year)
- Experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuity products (1 year)
- Experience with Risk and Control Management (1 year)
- Experience with Project Management (1 year)
- Experience with Life or Annuity reinsurance (1 year)
