About the role
- Advises and provides analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintains advanced understanding of business processes and advises customers on application solutions.
- Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are addressed.
- Researches complex business issues requiring advanced knowledge of business principles.
- Responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for application systems and directing implementation of new systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application design and/or IT documentation.
- Demonstrated understanding of application administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of risk & controls with experience identifying and fixing gaps.
