About the role
- Develops and maintains understanding of overall complex business functions
- Provides operational support on current complex processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience
- knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination
- knowledge of business operations and systems/business requirements processes
- experience facilitating and driving teamwork to common understanding of business requirements
- knowledge of business analysis tools such as MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL
