About the role
- Lead and coordinate the design, operation, and optimization of the OpenShift platform
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions across a global environment
- Oversee financial stewardship of the product
- Direct, plan, and organize activities of staff engaged in IT services
- Build and coordinate a team for technology support
- Develop metrics for technology support capabilities and processes
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively managed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience
- 8 years of experience in a technology function including 3 years leadership experience
- Experience coordinating the technology life cycle
- Technical knowledge of Infrastructure Services, Data or Application Development
- Experience with cost benefit analyses
- Experience in vendor contract management
- Demonstrated ability to influence change at the executive level
