About the role
- Report to the Controller and assist in overall accounting function
- Manage purchase order reconciliation and related ad hoc projects
- Handle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices, disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching and filing
- Code documents and determine proper classification of expenditure and accounting codes
- Perform data entry and assist with reconciliations and special projects
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Related Role.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Familiar with excel spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work to meet deadlines
