About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and grow client relationships by managing advertising campaigns across search, display, social, and O&O digital/print media platforms
Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for client concerns and needs
Partner with sales teams to own client relationships, build rapport, demonstrate transparency, and deliver against business objectives
Understand and anticipate client expectations, gain alignment, and mobilize partner teams
Maintain open communication through weekly, monthly, and other performance reviews
Articulate media programs and develop campaign strategies and implementation plans
Collaborate with sales and post-sales optimization teams on digital strategies and executions
Advise clients on ongoing and upcoming marketing strategies
Ensure consistent marketing messaging across paid search, organic presence, display, social media, and O&O digital/print channels
Review daily campaign performance, assess trends, facilitate performance discussions, and identify new advertising techniques
Communicate and collaborate with digital solutions, ad operations, and backend support teams to deliver and exceed client objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in general business, economics, finance, marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or English
2+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
3+ years of client-facing service/account management experience
Google Ads Certified
Google Analytics Certified
Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management
Mastery of technologies and systems used to review and advise on digital marketing campaigns
Advanced understanding of search, display, marketing management systems, and traditional marketing
Strong technical skills for recommending, assessing, modifying, and improving marketing campaigns
Expertise with digital marketing publishing systems and processes
Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Understanding of how retail/service media, sales, and operations work together
Proven relationship-building and account-management track record
