About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets.
- Monitor ATOL and Salesforce status queues for materials.
- Review design quality and provide feedback during and after the work has been completed.
- Monitor digital orders for materials compliance.
- Ensure all jobs are completed and routed to correct platform for publication.
- Generate clear layouts, providing style examples and assembles needed materials and uploads materials to ATOL in a timely manner.
- Work directly with Sales, DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments.
- Communicate with Sales/Account Managers on all ad production matters.

What you’ll need- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Adobe suite or graphic design experience is a plus.
