Serve in a client-facing role, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting critical deadlines

Ensure timely and compliant packaging, processing, and submission of loans to underwriting
Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond programs
Partner with a high-performing team to navigate complex loan scenarios and support diverse borrower needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage products
Strong understanding of automated underwriting systems (AUS) and product guidelines
Proficiency with Encompass (or comparable systems) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
