💰 $25 - $30 per hour
About the role
- Oversee and manage client registrations and onboarding
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families; answer phones and resolve issues professionally
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
- Coordinate closely with Swim Instructors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal documentation
- Step into swim instruction and in-water support when needed (training provided if required)
- Uphold and represent the mission, values, and standards of LowCountry Swim School
Requirements
- Prior administrative and executive support experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident, professional presence with families, staff, and leadership
- Swimming experience preferred; willingness to teach and be in the water required
