About the role
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives
- Monitor team and individual performance metrics to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, call quality, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and operational improvements
- Facilitate regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and applicable industry regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outbound call center sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed performance targets
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
