About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process employee lifecycle events in HRIS (UKG), including terminations and separations
- Job changes (title, cost center, manager updates, etc.)
- Promotions and role designation updates
- Upload and maintain employee documentation in HR systems
- Monitor and triage key HR operational inboxes (e.g., HR Docusign, promotions, separations)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, SAP, etc. acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
