Key responsibilities & impact

Process employee lifecycle events in HRIS (UKG), including terminations and separations
Job changes (title, cost center, manager updates, etc.)
Promotions and role designation updates
Upload and maintain employee documentation in HR systems
Monitor and triage key HR operational inboxes (e.g., HR Docusign, promotions, separations)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services
Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, SAP, etc. acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions
Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
