About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches
- Executes agreed upon recruiting strategies and actively sources candidates
- Creates an effective sourcing strategy based on business needs
- Evaluates resumes of prospective candidates and determines degree of skill match
- Tracks candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborates with HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, and others as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated full-lifecycle recruitment experience
- Experience in cold calling, candidate development, and directly sourcing candidates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
