Key responsibilities & impact

Conducts full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches
Executes agreed upon recruiting strategies and actively sources candidates
Creates an effective sourcing strategy based on business needs
Evaluates resumes of prospective candidates and determines degree of skill match
Tracks candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborates with HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, and others as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated full-lifecycle recruitment experience
Experience in cold calling, candidate development, and directly sourcing candidates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
