Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze referral patterns, patient origin data, call tracking, and marketing ROI metrics to identify top-producing sources, under-penetrated referral segments, and areas for opportunity.
Serve as the primary marketing advisor to assigned practices, providing strategic guidance and performance insights to support growth objectives.
Partner with practice leadership to set specific referral growth and activity benchmarks.
Support local practice with brand awareness and community presence through educational programs, hosted events, referral development activities.
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with practice growth objectives.
Conduct routine field visits based on data-prioritized plans.
Develop, launch, and optimize localized digital advertising campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Two or more years of experience in field marketing, account management, or business development; healthcare experience preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.
