About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes.
- Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and changes in manufacturing methods.
- Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented.
- Implement Lean and/or Six Sigma methods.
- Regularly review lean performance expectations with leadership teams across the organization, providing expectations, performance planning, and feedback.
- Direct the work of US1 Continuous Improvement Leads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC required.
