In-House Counsel – Attorney

Marketing

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals and seasonal demand cycles.
• Lead multiple marketing teams across digital, social, PR/media, and creative, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and consistency.
• Oversee company branding strategy, ensuring all products, tours, and experiences align with US Ghost Adventures’ voice and mission while also overseeing all paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with executive leadership on new product launches, market expansion, and brand partnerships while establishing KPIs and managing performance metrics across campaigns, providing monthly marketing reports to the CEO.
• Optimize ad strategy, creative, targeting, and budgets to achieve maximum ROI and conversion growth.
• Supervise the social media team for both paid campaigns and organic community engagement by managing the graphic design and content teams to ensure creative consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead SEO and organic growth strategies, including keyword planning, content optimization, and backlinking initiatives by overseeing development and optimization of front-facing websites, including brand pages, product pages, and local tour listings.
• Manage advertising and visibility across OTAs, DMOs, Google My Business listings, and other directories to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Supervise the PR and media relations team, ensuring cohesive storytelling and timely press engagement.
• Identify opportunities for earned media coverage, influencer collaborations, and cross-promotions within the tourism and entertainment sectors.
• Support the creation of press releases, event announcements, and thought-leadership content.

Manager

• Lead strategy, creation, and optimization of web copy across all company and partner sites, including landing pages, DMOs, OTAs, and tourism listings
• Ensure all copy is clear, persuasive, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice
• Collaborate with the SEO and design teams to create high-performing content that supports marketing goals and conversion objectives
• Oversee all copy for social media posts, ads, and graphic campaigns, ensuring tone, clarity, and engagement align with audience and brand identity
• Manage and mentor the blog writing team, directing research, ideation, and production of SEO-driven articles and storytelling pieces
• Write, edit, and review copy for print and digital collateral, including brochures, merchandise descriptions, email campaigns, and press materials
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters across multiple content streams (web, social, blog, and print)
• Track performance metrics for written content and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion

Senior Web Copy Manager

Content Writer

• Review existing manuscript / rough draft content and understand the book’s tone, structure, and objectives.
• Ghostwrite and/or expand sections of the book based on provided outlines, notes, interviews, and primary sources.
• Conduct supplementary historical research to support factual accuracy and narrative depth.
• Edit and refine previously written content for clarity, consistency, tone, and historical integrity.
• Collaborate with the author and/or editorial team to align content with the overarching structure and vision of the book.
• Serve in a behind-the-scenes role; may have a citation but will not be credited as an author.
• Deliver project-based work over an estimated 3-month, part-time engagement.
