About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex organizational change initiatives
  • Anticipate barriers, address resistance, and embed changes into day-to-day operations
  • Build, manage, and execute integrated project plans aligned with objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance, budgets, and success measures
  • Drive accountability, decisions, obstacle removal, and achievement of intended outcomes
  • Partner with leaders at all levels to build commitment, navigate competing priorities, and maintain strategic alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor, challenge assumptions, and advance solutions
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders and interdependencies
  • Coach leaders, develop talent, and advance project and change management capabilities
  • Create and enhance standards, tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Establish success measures, evaluate adoption and business performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Transformation Office leaders, Operations & Commercial Excellence teams, functional leads, Support Office Leads, field staff, and vendors
  • Perform responsibilities remotely from a home-based environment with occasional travel to the Rosemont Office
  • No direct supervision responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving organizational change that delivers measurable business results
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models, organizational design, and factors driving organizational performance
  • Knowledge of contemporary organizational change methodologies and engagement strategies
  • Ability to navigate complex and diverse situations and ambiguity
  • Creative problem-solving skills for organizational resistance to change
  • Strong coordination and planning skills for scheduling, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication
  • Experience building and nurturing cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate risks
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution, driving adoption, organizational performance, and measurable business outcomes
  • Proficiency with project management tools, MS-Project and/or other project management software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
