Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all slotting activities within a designated region
Assist and coach local slot coordinators on network standard slotting practices
Execute Regional and overall market analysis to determine slotting
Enable productivity and eliminate waste from the operation
Facilitate weekly calls with slot coordinators
Monitor and analyze warehouse slotting operations
Train warehouse slot coordinators in efficient and safe work methods
Implement new and modify existing slotting strategies
Track and Measure leading and lagging Key Process Indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience in warehouse operations
3 years minimum in slotting warehouse product
Previous project management experience
Experience in working in a union environment
High level of interpersonal skills
Root cause analysis skills
Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS, Tandem, Snowflake Database (preferred)
