About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Works with stakeholders to ensure the process for the Innovation Program supports organizational objectives
Acts as the organizational conduit for all program planning, analysis, and completion including postmortem
Responsible to ensure Innovation deliverables are met through program plan management, forecast, program check-ins and stage-gate meetings
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collection of forecast requirements for new products
Supervision of workstreams and communication on key decisions and risks
Identifies and helps to drive process improvements to mitigate current and potential program risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Finance / Operations or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program/project management
Strong communication skills and experience influencing peers and senior leaders
A proven record of prioritizing and deploying strategic initiatives
Food industry experience preferred
A strong sense of forward-looking vision and clear judgment in managing risk
Ability to drive deliverables while maintaining flexibility in an agile environment
Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures
