About the role
- Oversee a group of Territory Managers in selling the Company's products and services.
- Direct TMs to close sales and develop new accounts within a specified district.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs for achieving profitable sales.
- Lead TMs to achieve Division sales objectives and develop sales plans.
- Assist in product demonstrations, creating sales proposals, and market research.
- Maintain customer service standards and conduct periodic Customer Business Reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience required.
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must have proficient computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
