About the role
- Perform management support for customer contracts within National Sales
- Liaise with various teams to ensure overall integrity of contracts
- Solicit and verify product pricing and vendor support
- Ensure contract creation, review, approval, and execution
- Audit contract renewals and process modifications
- Maintain official contract files and prepare related documentation
- Work closely with internal and external partners for contract compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, supply management, quantitative methods, marketing or management
- Experience in a foodservice/distribution setting a plus
- Experience working within a supply chain operation and familiarity with basic procurement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
- Must demonstrate a high degree of effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
