About the role
- Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial forecasts
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
- Partner with Field Finance, FP&A, and Executive Leadership
- Collaborate closely with various teams on process design
- Coordinate with Reporting & Analytics for consistent definitions
- Drive process simplification, automation, and tool enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and governance across financial plans
Requirements
- 5 years of financial planning, analytics and process improvement / management experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- < 5% travel
- Bachelor’s degree
