- Conduct checks at incoming raw material and finished products
- Monitor Food safety, Regulatory and Quality programs
- Assist with inventory control
- Complete and submit reports for statistical or operational analysis
- Evaluate conditions of returned products
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food production environment
- High School Diploma/GED required
- HACCP Certified preferred
- USDA or FDA experience preferred
