About the role
- Supervise, plan, and set objectives for Account Executives and Account Managers
- Monitor performance metrics to assess performance against key performance indicators
- Develop and implement sales procedures
- Coordinate activities with other departments to meet customer needs
- Grow profit and penetration of all accounts managed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- A minimum of five years of sales and distribution experience required
- Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
