About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
- Manage the new hire onboarding process for all clinical and corporate positions
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Handle with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Facilitate new employee orientation and other employee-based training sessions
- Assist in the compliance training for employees
- Ensure all up-to-date legal postings are placed in designated areas within established timeframes
- Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Act in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and the legal rules and regulations applicable to the position
Requirements
What you’ll need- AA degree in HR or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of computer software (MS Office, Windows) and basic computer skills; previous experience with HRIS and Payroll systems a plus
- Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PPT
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to function as a team player
