About the role

  • Serve as the primary bridge across Accounting, FP&A, and Corporate Development
  • Partner with VP Accounting to translate month-end results into actionable insights for FP&A, operations, and executive leadership
  • Bridge FP&A tools with Accounting tools to help synthesize reporting and GL
  • Provide structured analysis of accruals, revenue recognition, non-recurring items, to highlight impact on financial statements
  • Oversee FP&A monthly financial consolidation processes
  • Ensure annual budget assumptions are systematically implemented operationally
  • Validate data sources, roll-ups, and financial assumptions across systems
  • Actively support and develop clear financial narratives for executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in accounting and/or financial analysis experience is required.
  • Master's degree or CPA and 1-2 years of supervisory experience are preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are required.
