About the role

  • Research: Dig into whatever the team needs—could be market sizing one day, a competitor teardown the next.
  • Project Manage: Own timelines, chase down deliverables, keep launches on track.
  • Product Support: Help build sell sheets, spec docs, and briefs that move products from idea to shelf.
  • Ops & Logistics: Coordinate with 3PL, supply chain, and fulfillment partners. Keep the machine running.
  • Pull Data: Grab and organize sales, ad, and site metrics so the team can actually act on them.
  • Everything Else: It’s a startup. You’ll flex into content, partnerships, events—whatever needs doing.

Requirements

  • Self-Starter: You figure things out before asking. Google it, test it, come with a point of view.
  • Organized: You can run five workstreams without dropping the ball on any of them.
