About the role
- Research: Dig into whatever the team needs—could be market sizing one day, a competitor teardown the next.
- Project Manage: Own timelines, chase down deliverables, keep launches on track.
- Product Support: Help build sell sheets, spec docs, and briefs that move products from idea to shelf.
- Ops & Logistics: Coordinate with 3PL, supply chain, and fulfillment partners. Keep the machine running.
- Pull Data: Grab and organize sales, ad, and site metrics so the team can actually act on them.
- Everything Else: It’s a startup. You’ll flex into content, partnerships, events—whatever needs doing.
Requirements
- Self-Starter: You figure things out before asking. Google it, test it, come with a point of view.
- Organized: You can run five workstreams without dropping the ball on any of them.
- Curious: You go two clicks deeper than what’s on the surface. “Why” is your default question.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: There’s no playbook. We’re building it. That should excite you.
- Clear Communicator: You write tight, you present well, and you don’t need 20 slides to make a point.
