Key responsibilities & impact

Record and maintain athlete performance data across all disciplines
Aggregate and organize competition rules, scoring systems, timing data, biomechanical indicators, performance metrics, and medical profiling inputs
Liaise with coaches and technical directors to understand discipline-specific rules and identify meaningful performance indicators
Work with coaches and assistant coaches to translate analogue and general performance data into structured formats
Identify performance indicators that elevate storytelling across live events, documentaries, shoulder programming, and social content
Work with graphics, production, and Enhanced Creative teams to determine optimal visualization and narrative application of performance data
Collaborate with medical teams to define compliant, scalable, and useful data workflows
Integrate multiple datasets including performance, environmental, training, biometric, and medical data
Establish governance standards for accuracy, validation, documentation, and long-term ownership
Deliver a documented data blueprint and handover plan to support future Games cycles and media programming

Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including international travel aligned with training camps and live event execution.
