About the role
- Record and maintain athlete performance data across all disciplines
- Aggregate and organize competition rules, scoring systems, timing data, biomechanical indicators, performance metrics, and medical profiling inputs
- Liaise with coaches and technical directors to understand discipline-specific rules and identify meaningful performance indicators
- Work with coaches and assistant coaches to translate analogue and general performance data into structured formats
- Identify performance indicators that elevate storytelling across live events, documentaries, shoulder programming, and social content
- Work with graphics, production, and Enhanced Creative teams to determine optimal visualization and narrative application of performance data
- Collaborate with medical teams to define compliant, scalable, and useful data workflows
- Integrate multiple datasets including performance, environmental, training, biometric, and medical data
- Establish governance standards for accuracy, validation, documentation, and long-term ownership
- Deliver a documented data blueprint and handover plan to support future Games cycles and media programming
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America (no sponsorship required).
- Must be willing to work from Enhanced’s New York City Headquarters.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including international travel aligned with training camps and live event execution.
