About the role

  • Lead large-scale client projects requiring formal project management oversight from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Engagement Specialists, and CSMs to ensure unified execution.
  • Track progress, manage scope changes, and oversee risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, status reviews, and close-out sessions, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine PMO documentation, including templates, policies, and procedural guides.
  • Collaborate with leadership to formalize and document project intake, change management, and delivery workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen cross-functional communication and delivery predictability.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, process overviews, and audit-ready documentation for corporate stakeholders.
  • Uphold consistency in project delivery practices across all Consulting Services engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with established methodologies, reporting standards, and documentation protocols.
  • Identify process gaps and propose structured improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
  • Ensure project goals, deliverables, and timelines are clearly understood and met through structured communication.
  • Foster long-term relationships by maintaining transparency, responsiveness, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in an IT or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and managing complex client engagements.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proven experience developing project documentation, templates, and operational processes.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in ConnectWise, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
  • 3+ years in a program management or documentation-focused PMO role (preferred).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification (preferred).
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience (preferred).
