About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in daily and status meetings with internal recruitment teams
Maintain and update internal tracking systems
Manage and continuously update the Talent Pipeline Tracker portal
Prepare and distribute daily internal reports
Review and refine client-provided job descriptions
Act as a client-facing partner
Submit and manage job requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Distribute validated requisitions to expand sourcing coverage
Review and shortlist candidate profiles
Coordinate and track the end-to-end candidate lifecycle
Prepare and submit pricing approval requests
Initiate and coordinate Statements of Work (SOW) with the Legal team
Support the onboarding process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in technical/IT recruiting, staff augmentation, or talent delivery
Working knowledge of IT roles and technology stacks (e.g., software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity)
Familiarity with staffing commercial models
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
