About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in daily and status meetings with internal recruitment teams
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems
- Manage and continuously update the Talent Pipeline Tracker portal
- Prepare and distribute daily internal reports
- Review and refine client-provided job descriptions
- Act as a client-facing partner
- Submit and manage job requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Distribute validated requisitions to expand sourcing coverage
- Review and shortlist candidate profiles
- Coordinate and track the end-to-end candidate lifecycle
- Prepare and submit pricing approval requests
- Initiate and coordinate Statements of Work (SOW) with the Legal team
- Support the onboarding process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in technical/IT recruiting, staff augmentation, or talent delivery
- Working knowledge of IT roles and technology stacks (e.g., software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity)
- Familiarity with staffing commercial models
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
