About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the General Ledger by analyzing, reconciling, and recording journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and parent companies
Support the Controller with ad hoc reports and actively work on Consolidation reporting
Maintain multiple prepayments, accruals, loans, and deferred revenue schedules across the shared services structure
Assist related entities' personnel regarding financial reports, taxes, and other items as needed
Provide support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the accounting team and perform other related duties as needed
Prepare complex balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with the year-end external audit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
4-6 years of experience in accounting, similar role and functions.
1-3 years of experience managing and supervising staff. Preferred
1-3 years of Oracle ERP software required
1-3 years of experience in a multi-organization environment Preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) (High proficiency)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
