About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for USAP Associate inquiries and internal HR Workday transaction requests via phone, email, or ticket
- Document cases in the case management system and sort or grade them by complexity tier
- Answer routine Tier I HR and Workday questions using the knowledgebase and searchable HR resources
- Escalate complex Tier II and Tier III questions and transaction requests to the appropriate support queue
- Follow up as needed and resolve inquiries in a timely manner to support target service levels
- Educate Associates on self-service opportunities
- Contribute updates to SOPs for HR programs, processes, and policies
- Raise issues, escalate concerns, and advocate for improvements to HR policies, programs, and processes
- Maintain adherence to HR policies related to PHI, PII, and data
- Share knowledge and participate in efforts to increase the value of HR Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two (2) years of HR operations experience optional but preferred
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service environment optional but preferred
- Ability to remain empathetic and customer-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly search for and locate information in online resources
- Results-oriented and able to consistently meet service-level targets
- Fast learner with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to adhere to policy when maintaining confidential information
- Ability to navigate HR systems such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Workday
- Must be able to complete the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
