About the role

  • Manage multiple, complex projects that support organizational stakeholders
  • Captures requirements, defines project scope, and obtains scope approval
  • Creates and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project cost estimates
  • Ensures assigned projects align with organizational goals and strategic priorities
  • Resolves ambiguities in requirements and drives consensus across project teams
  • Works closely with technical teams to align resources with business needs
  • Produces accurate and complete project documentation,
  • Prepares and presents regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manages change requests and executes formal change control processes
  • Ensures quality assurance and testing activities are planned and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Experience supporting IT or business application projects required
  • Experience with Healthcare IT strongly preferred
  • PMP or CAPM certification a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
