About the role
- Analyze past and present financial and operational data and estimate future financial performance.
- Monitor, analyze, explain, and present financial and operational data to key stakeholders.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform analyses using key metrics.
- Oversee financial functions including assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Evaluate and analyze expenses, proposals, operating records, and financial statements.
- Study financial data to present advice to physicians, associates, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Two years minimum experience as a financial analyst or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with financial programs and software.
- Basic understanding of principles of finance.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, flexibility, and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrable history of working with a team and communicating effectively.
- Ability to relay insights in layman’s terms to inform business decisions.
- Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting.
- Frequent hand and finger movement; use office equipment.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
