About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap
Lead a global CRM transformation centered on Salesforce, with integration to platforms such as HubSpot
Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders to align business needs and priorities
Translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and user experiences
Drive adoption, governance, and change management to establish CRM as the trusted source of customer information
Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver phased releases and ongoing enhancements
Measure success through adoption, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or related disciplines
Experience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutions
Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Preferred)
Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms (Preferred)
Experience operating within multi-brand or global organizations (Preferred)
Familiarity with CRM automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern customer engagement platforms (Preferred)
Experience driving organizational adoption and change management (Preferred)
