About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead a global CRM transformation centered on Salesforce, with integration to platforms such as HubSpot
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders to align business needs and priorities
  • Translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and user experiences
  • Drive adoption, governance, and change management to establish CRM as the trusted source of customer information
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver phased releases and ongoing enhancements
  • Measure success through adoption, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or related disciplines
  • Experience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutions
  • Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Preferred)
  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms (Preferred)
  • Experience operating within multi-brand or global organizations (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern customer engagement platforms (Preferred)
  • Experience driving organizational adoption and change management (Preferred)
