About the role
- Provide outpatient physical therapy with 1:1 starts and hand-off to PTAs
- Treat approximately 1.8 patients/hour
- Focus on outcomes and patient attention rather than paperwork
- Complete charting on the clock (no late-night charting)
- Work onsite at an outpatient clinic in San Diego, CA
- Participate in mentorship, trainings, and interdisciplinary team care
- Support new grads and provide experienced clinical care
Requirements
- Active CA PT license (or close to it)
- Ortho/post-surgical rehab strength
- Collaboration with PTA support
- Drive to grow
