- Deploy automation for scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows

- Train teams and drive adoption of new AI workflows
- Build repeatable frameworks for future AI implementations
Requirements
- Hands-on Claude Code experience (required)
- 3–7 years in AI strategy, consulting, or operations roles
- Experience building or prototyping AI workflow automation
- Strong process mapping and operational analysis skills
- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
