About the role
- Own and update the master marketing calendar
- Turn CMO strategy into briefs and deliverables
- Coordinate campaigns across PR, social, brand, and agencies
- Manage approvals, timelines, and dependencies in PM tools
- Build and manage content calendars for social and launches
- Pull research (customer feedback, market insights) and package for action
- Step in hands-on with Canva, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or UGC uploads
- Report to the CMO
- Partner with Brand and Digital leaders
Requirements
- 2–5 years in CPG or e-commerce marketing project management
- Hands-on with Slack and project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, Jira)
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
- Owned or maintained a content calendar with live campaigns
- Proven track record of cross-team coordination and execution
- No content calendar or PM tool use = not a fit.
