💰 $30 - $45 per hour

About the role

  • Review final 485/POCs for compliance and accuracy
  • Cross-check orders, goals, frequencies, and documentation
  • Approve or flag charts for correction
  • Audit note details and alignment (only if time allows)
  • Support OASIS/QA (if certified, as needed)
  • Meet 24-hr turnaround expectations
  • Work independently with full ownership of final sign-off

Requirements

  • RN, active U.S. license
  • 3+ years of home health experience
  • Strong POC and OASIS knowledge
  • Able to work 4 hrs/day during business hours
  • High attention to detail
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • OASIS certification (e.g., HCS-D, COS-C, HCS-O) is nice to have
  • WellSky and SHP experience is nice to have
  • Prior chart review or QA experience is nice to have
