About the role
- Own payer partnerships end-to-end
- Drive service line expansion and grow covered lives
- Ensure the measurable success of our value-based care programs
- Serve as the primary account lead for payer and health plan partners
- Develop multi-year account strategies focussed on expanding service lines and increasing total lives under management
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews and deliver clear performance insights
- Communicate ROI, impact, and operational value to payer executives and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities across additional clinical services
- Partner with internal teams to scope, price, and structure expansion proposals
- Manage a quota tied to service line expansion and revenue growth
- Prepare for contract renewals and expansions with data-backed recommendations
- Track encounter outcomes and identify risks early
- Align internal cross-functional teams (clinical ops, product, analytics) for smooth execution
- Support operational excellence within distributed clinical and operational teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in payer-facing account management with a track record of revenue growth and service line expansion
- Experience selling or expanding healthcare services to existing payer clients
- Deep understanding of payer operations, value-based care models, or provider network operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, especially when presenting ROI and outcomes
- Comfortable working with distributed clinical and operational teams
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
